Job Summary

Stone Tree Golf & Fitness Club is seeking the services of an Associate or an Assistant Professional. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, customer‑service driven individual to join our team for the 2026 season.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
• Day‑to‑day operations of the pro shop; including booking tee times, checking in golfers, and merchandise sales.
• Participate in the execution of successful golf tournaments, leagues, and special events.
• Provide high‑quality lessons and clinics to our members and public golfers while growing the game in our community.
• Develop and lead our busy Junior Camp program throughout the summer months.
• Supervise all outside golf operations staff to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
• Responsible for opening/closing shifts in accordance with all operating procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and overall pro shop sales.
• Work collaboratively with our marketing manager for golf‑related advertising and promotions.
• Oversee tee‑sheet management to maximize course use while maintaining pace of play and an efficient flow of the golf course.
• Enforce club policies and procedures to members and guests where necessary.
• Manage all pro shop operations in the absence of the Head Professional.
