Qualifications

  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Accurate typing skills (secretarial trained is highly desirable).
  • Experience in a secretarial role, ideally within a small office.
  • Experience working with HNWIs or in a Private Family office is advantageous.

Assistant to EA of the Chairman’s Office
Private Family Office - Mayfair
£40,000 - £45,000 | Full-time, Office based, 9:00 - 5:30

A superb opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Assistant to join a highly reputable Private Family Office in the heart of Mayfair. This role is ideal for someone seeking longevity in their role, the chance to work within an incredibly supportive, close-knit team and enjoy a work life balance! Great position for someone secretarially trained with strong typing skills and someone comfortable audio typing from dictation too.

You will be polished, positive and service focussed individual with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a welcoming front of housepresence
  • Meeting room coordination, refreshments, catering for lunches etc.
  • Provide high-quality secretarialsupport and work alongside the Chairman’s EA
  • Audio typing and preparing correspondence, documents and files
  • Assist with diary management, meeting coordination and general office organisation
  • Maintain an immaculate office environment and oversee day-to-day office management tasks
  • Run ad hoc errands for the senior members of staff where required
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
About You
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Accurate typing skills (secretarial trained is highly desirable)
  • A muck in attitude
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
  • Previous experience in a secretarial role, ideally within a small professional office environment
  • Experience working with HNWIs or within a Private Family office is highly advantageous
