You'll be a valued member of a dynamic IT Technology Delivery team, working alongside IT professionals who deal with a myriad of interesting challenges, project and tasks on a daily basis - no two days are the same! You will learn how an enterprise IT infrastructure hangs together and how it provides critical and essential services to the citizens of Leicestershire.
You’ll work with other IT technicians who will show you the ropes, but also learn how to support our customer base (over 5000 IT enabled staff), who we serve on a daily basis.
The Assistant Technical Specialist will be involved in supporting, maintaining, and configuring core IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end‑user computing environments to ensure system reliability, performance, and security. The role involves hands‑on experience with enterprise technologies and collaboration within technical teams.
