Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Technical or Assistant Technical role within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and BRCGS Food Safety Standard.
• Experience working to retailer codes of practice.
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Technical Manager when required.
• Support the maintenance of Technical Department systems.
• Ensure HACCP-based standards are applied across operations.
• Support the management and development of technical KPIs.
• Assist with specification compliance.
