Eliot is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Team Leader to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.
The ideal candidate will work alongside the Team Leader to ensure that recovery services, vocational services & clinical support are included in the treatment plan developed for each individual served.
