More about your role

As an Assistant Swimming Teacher you will support the Swimming Teacher in swimming lessons from babies to adults. You'll work closely with the Swimming Teacher in supporting swimmers develop their skills and confidence in the water. Within lessons, you may be responsible for a small group of learners learning a specific skill, under the direction of the Swimming Teacher

Working hours

The following hours are currently available:

• Monday - 15:45-17:45
• Tuesday - 15:45-18:15
• Wednesday - 15:45-18:15
• Friday - 15:45-18:15

Successful candidates would be expected to be available for at least one of the above shifts.

More about you

Skills, knowledge, and experience

Must have:

• 1) Ability to work with children
• 2) Ability to work as part of a team

Preferred:

• 1) Experience at assisting in swimming teaching/ children's classes.

Technical / professional qualifications

• 1) Level 1 UKCC Swimming Teacher qualification, or equivalent.
