This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across residential and commercial sectors, delivering high-quality cost management services to respected clients. Salary range £35k-£50k, depending on experience.

In this quantity surveyor job, you will support the delivery of multiple high-value residential and commercial developments.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Preparing cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimates
  • Assisting in procurement, tendering, and contract administration
  • Managing valuations, variations, and progress reports
  • Supporting pre- and post-contract cost management processes
  • Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Assisting in risk management and value engineering reviews
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a cost consultancy or construction environment
  • Experience on both commercial and residential projects preferred
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of procurement and contract procedures
  • Motivated and professional attitude with ambition to progress
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or related field
  • Working towards MRICS accreditation preferred
