Assistant Supply Chain Analyst

Temporary - 2 roles available for a January start (potentially sooner)

1 x 6 months | 1 x 3 months

£12.83 per hour

Hybrid working | Free parking

8:30am - 5:00pm

We have two fantastic opportunities for Assistant Supply Chain Analysts to join a fast-paced, collaborative team where you\'ll play a key role in keeping products moving and customers happy. These are support roles to help with the tasks and to support the Supply chain teams.

What you'll do
  • Support the Supply Chain team in managing end-to-end stock flow for a specific product range.
  • Help forecast stock requirements and maintain optimal stock levels across stores and distribution centres.
  • Ensure availability targets are met to deliver the sales plan across all channels.
  • Raise and manage import and domestic orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and update systems, logging all order activity from creation to delivery.
  • Run reports and provide insights on order management and product flow.
  • Liaise with international and domestic vendors to ensure compliance.
  • Support Analysts with administrative tasks and process improvements.
  • Train team members on best practices and maintain data accuracy.
  • You will be a confident EXCEL user and if you have SAP that would be an advantage but not essential.
