Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in Farnborough to support the Store Manager and lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. Deputising in the manager's absence, you will drive outstanding customer service across the store.

You will coach and develop staff, oversee floor operations, monitor CSAT insights, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met while continuously upskilling on product knowledge to boost sales.
