Job summary

Clarks Outlet in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations and lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. Deputising in the Store Manager's absence, you will role model excellent selling behaviours and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent selling behaviours and lead the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Support Store Manager to engage, coach and develop the team to hit sales targets.
• Oversee the sales floor with Floor Control to create a great shopping environment.
• Review CSAT insights to identify actions to improve customer experience and operations.
• Support in duties around store operations and Visual Merchandising to maintain standards.
• Upskill in product knowledge and educate the team to drive sales.
• Organise tasks to meet business needs while protecting sales and service.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate the team and improve performance.
• Assist Store Manager with people issues to prevent escalation.
• Help build capability to manage store in absence of Store Manager.
