Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to support the Store Manager in running day-to-day store operations and lead the sales team to meet commercial goals. You will deputise in the Store Manager's absence and coach the team to deliver strong performance.

As a hands-on leader, you will ensure the store delivers its sales targets, maintains excellent customer experience, and upholds Visual Merchandising standards. Clarks values heritage, training, and career progression.

• Review CSAT insights to improve customer experience and store operations.
• Support store operations and Visual Merchandising to uphold standards.
• Upskill product knowledge to drive sales as a product expert.
• Organise tasks to meet business needs while protecting sales and service.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate the team and boost performance.
