Job summary

CLARK'S in Farnham is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and daily operations. You will be a hands-on leader focusing on KPI performance, customer service, and operational efficiency.

You will manage a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, while motivating staff to deliver exceptional service and meet targets. Join us to drive sales, uphold brand standards, and grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Comfortable driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Experience in fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading the retail team and daily operations.
• Drive store performance by achieving KPIs and sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee inventory control and loss-prevention initiatives.
• Support staff training and development; cover shifts as needed.
