Job summary

Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Woking to support the Store Manager in all store operations and lead the sales team to meet commercial objectives. You will deputise in the Store Manager's absence and ensure the store delivers its sales targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong coaching, and the ability to balance results with creating a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent selling behaviours and role model for the sales team.
• Support Store Manager to engage, coach and develop the team to hit sales targets.
• Oversee the sales floor and maintain great customer experience.
• Utilise CSAT insights to improve customer experience and store operations.
• Assist in delivering Visual Merchandising standards and in-store presentation.
