Job summary

Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with experience in retail leadership, a focus on KPIs, and the ability to work across weekends and holidays. This role blends leadership, customer service, and operations management within a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily performance.
• Drive customer service excellence and coach team members for consistent results.
• Support in achieving sales targets, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Coordinate with head office on promotions, scheduling, and reporting.
