Starbucks Elsham A18/M180 Barnetby is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading store operations, developing the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach shifts, maintain Starbucks standards, drive sales, manage cash and inventory, and ensure health and safety compliance across all shifts. This role also offers career progression toward Store Manager in a collaborative, inclusive environment with partner benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or food/beverage leadership.

• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
