Starbucks Sittingbourne - High Street is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead store operations, coach a diverse team of partners, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Prior experience in retail or food/beverage leadership required; Starbucks experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in basic math and cash-handling procedures.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to shift supervisors and baristas.

• Lead by example in personal conduct, work ethic, and customer engagement.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and comfortable café environment; educate partners on beverage quality and brand standards.
