The role emphasizes coaching, inventory control, and customer engagement, with responsibilities spanning opening/closing, cash handling, and executing promotions to achieve sales

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food/beverage leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop partners to deliver top-tier customer service.

• Support daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and waste management.
