Qualifications

• Ability to translate metrics into practical actions and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on delivering commercial results and customer experience.
• Own KPIs, labour efficiency, waste reduction and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines.
• Coach and develop partners; drive training and performance feedback.
