Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements.
• Strong coaching and training skills to develop partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to deliver commercial results and outstanding customer experience.
• Own KPIs such as labour efficiency, waste reduction and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines.
• Observe partner performance, coach and give feedback.
• Lead and embed new initiatives and product launches at store level.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety, food safety and security standards.
