Starbucks Elsham is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading store operations, developing the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role helps drive store performance, ensures operational excellence, and fosters a positive, engaging environment for both customers and partners.

The Assistant Store Manager acts as a key leader, motivating the team and maintaining Starbucks’ high standards during all shifts.

Qualifications

Experience leading retail or food/beverage teams.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to coach and develop a diverse team.
Comfort with cash handling and basic math.
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in hiring, training, and developing partners for top-tier service.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to shift supervisors and baristas.
Maintain a welcoming, clean cafe environment and uphold brand standards.
Support daily operations including opening/closing and cash controls.
Lead promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives to drive sales.
Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally; ensure safety and compliance.
