Boots UK is seeking an Assistant Manager for Boots Opticians in Barnstaple to lead a team and deliver an exemplary customer journey. You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement the commercial plan and drive store performance.

The role covers customer service, store operations and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks. You will also manage rotas, conduct performance reviews and support team development through Boots' Step into Optics
