The role covers customer service, store operations, and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing, accuracy checks, and staff development; you will manage rotas and performance reviews and participate in Boots' Step into Optics training and leadership programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Led or coached a team or worked in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exemplary customer journey.
• Contribute to store operations and clinical activities including patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks.
• Create and maintain rotas, perform performance reviews and support store manager.
• Support development through Boots' training programmes and leadership initiatives.
