Timberland in Cardiff is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and drive exceptional customer experiences in store. You will lead a team, help implement retail processes, manage inventory and reporting, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

The role requires strong communication in English, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to motivate staff while delivering a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store profitability with the Store Manager.
• Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates.
• Implement retail processes and seek improvements.
• Oversee inventory and P&L responsibilities.
• Report KPIs to improve store results.
• Ensure store visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
• Provide cover in the Store Manager’s absence.
