Mountain Warehouse in Gloucester Quays is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving store success, lead daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will develop a high-performing team, maintain visual standards, monitor KPIs, manage stock and health & safety, and contribute to the store's profitability while representing the brand with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Experience developing and coaching teams to achieve targets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with Store Manager and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a motivated, high-performing team alongside the Store Manager.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards to enhance the customer journey.
• Monitor KPIs and drive sales performance, stock management and theft prevention.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address feedback to uphold brand values.
