Job summary

Finisterre UK Limited is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Cardiff store. You will lead and energise the retail team, driving customer service excellence and brand storytelling while achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.

Role focuses on rota planning, stock management, and delivering a premium customer experience that reflects our ocean-loving brand values. A strong leader with commercial acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Store Manager level within a premium fashion brand who share Finisterre’s brand ethos.
• You are a people person, building positive relationships with both customers and your retail team.
• Strong commercially aware mindset with ability to meet KPIs and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Finisterre retail strategy and feed store insights back to improve company performance and customer engagement.
• Support wider retail needs including covering stores and assisting with new store launches.
• Execute seasonal visual merchandising plans and in-store campaigns with the VM team.
• Own the store P&L and communicate targets and plans clearly to the team.
