Qualifications

• Proven experience at Store Manager level within a premium fashion brand.
• Ability to manage rotas and oversee daily store operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills.
• Strong customer service focus and brand representation.
• Experience working to KPIs and sales targets.
• Permission to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Finisterre retail strategy and lead store team.
• Drive best‑in‑class customer service.
• Own the store P&L and manage costs.
• Plan seasonal visual merchandising and campaigns.
• Build community relationships and local partnerships.
