Job summary

Timberland in Braintree, Essex is seeking a Store Supervisor (permanent, full-time) to lead from the front and drive consumer experience in our outlet store. You will support the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching staff and ensuring high standards.

The role requires strong English communication, experience opening/closing a store, and flexibility for weekends and holidays. You will help achieve KPIs and maintain brand merchandising.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience opening and closing a store.
• Flexible with weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the store and Assistant Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to brand visual merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
