POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD in Manchester is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Manchester Royal Building store. In this role you will support the Store Manager in all retail operations and lead the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service that meets POP MART’s standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of store management experience, fluent professional English, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years fulltime experience in store management
• Fluent in professional English with excellent communication skills
• Proactive with strong customer service to provide a memorable shopping experience
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reporting
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager overseeing all aspects of store operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
• Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring adherence to policies
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with merchandising
• Control stock discrepancy and prevent shoplifting
• Own visual merchandising and maintain store tidiness and cleanliness
• Manage daily cash register opening and closing procedures
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and updates
• Assist in recruitment and performance assessment of team members
• Perform rota scheduling and sales reporting
• Be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
