• 2+ years fulltime experience in store management level.
• Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager overseeing all aspects of store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with merchandising.
• Control stock discrepancies and prevent shoplifting.
• Own visual merchandising and maintain store tidiness and cleanliness.
• Manage cashier opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate goals and updates.
• Assist in recruitment, evaluation, and training of new team members.
• Perform rota scheduling and sales reporting.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
