POP MART in Manchester is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Manchester Royal Building store. You will support the Store Manager in all retail operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales targets in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Responsabilités

The Role and Candidate

We are searching for an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside our Store Manager in our Manchester Royal Building Store! This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards.

This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management. Your enthusiasm for designer collectible pieces will make you a competitive candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager overseeing all aspects of store operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
• Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishment
• Control stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shoplifting
• Own visual merchandising. Ensure the store tidiness and cleanliness are maintained at the highest level
• Manage the cashier point’s daily opening and closing procedures
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
• Assist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates’ performance, and training new team members
• Perform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reporting
• Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
