POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD in London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Camden Town store. You will work alongside the Store Manager to run daily retail operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure POP MART’s brand standards are met.

The role requires 2+ years in store management, fluent English, and strong leadership. You will train staff, manage inventory, drive sales, and coordinate visual merchandising, scheduling, and reporting while supporting a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 2+ years full-time experience in store management
• Fluent in professional English
• Proactive with strong customer service skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Demonstrated leadership with experience supervising a team
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reporting
• Effective time management and task prioritization abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager overseeing all aspects of store operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
• Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishment
• Control stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shoplifting
• Own visual merchandising. Ensure the store tidiness and cleanliness are maintained at the highest level
• Manage the cashier point’s daily opening and closing procedures
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
• Assist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates’ performance, and training new team members
• Perform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reporting
• Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
