Job summary

POP MART Birmingham is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining rigorous stock control and visual merchandising standards.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in overseeing sales, service, stock, and team performance.
• Coach and develop sales team to high standards.
• Help implement strategies to meet sales targets and improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely replenishment with merchandising.
• Ensure loss prevention and inventory control; maintain visual standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and rota planning.
