POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Birmingham New Street store. This leadership role oversees daily retail operations, delivers exceptional customer service, and leads the sales team to meet targets.

You will work with senior staff on stock, merchandising, and store presentation to ensure a premium shopper experience. The role requires strong English communication, proactive people management, and a track record in retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent professional English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the store-in-charge, overseeing all store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints.
• Train and supervise the sales team and ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set sales targets.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment with merchandising.
• Control stock discrepancies and prevent shoplifting.
• Own visual merchandising; maintain tidiness and cleanliness.
• Manage cashier opening/closing and daily procedures.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
