POP MART in Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the successful launch and ongoing operation of our new store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold high operational standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, stock control, visual merchandising, and team coaching to deliver outstanding results during peak periods and everyday as part of a dynamic, youthful brand.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years retail management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to deliver customer service and sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A genuine interest in designer collectibles and POP MART’s brand values.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including sales, service, stock, and team performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Coach and develop the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Assist in implementing strategies to hit sales targets and improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely stock replenishment and visual standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
