POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Birmingham store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities include team coaching, stock management, visual merchandising, and meeting commercial targets while maintaining exceptional operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with rota planning, reporting and operations processes.
• Proactive approach with passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Interest in designer collectibles and POP MART brand values.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations including sales, customer service, stock management, and team performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
• Coach, train, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Assist in implementing strategies to reach sales targets and improve store performance.
• Monitor sales and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment with merchandising alignment.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention measures.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
