Job summary

POP MART Birmingham New Street invites applications for a Supervisor to join our growing team. You will help oversee daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, manage stock and merchandising, and support sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

This leadership role requires strong communication, organization, and a passion for designer collectibles. You will coordinate schedules, train staff, and maintain POP MART standards across our European store network.

Qualifications

• Fluent in professional English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership with experience supervising a team.

• Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the store-in-charge, overseeing all aspects of store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints.
• Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising for replenishment.
• Control stock discrepancy and prevent shoplifting.
• Own visual merchandising and maintain store tidiness and cleanliness.
• Manage the cashier’s opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct staff meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Assist in recruitment and training new team members.
• Perform rota scheduling and sales reporting.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
