Position Overview

We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager for 21 hours per week to join our fashion store team in Midsomer Norton BA3 2DD, so we could be the perfect match!

This role involves supporting the Store Manager with day‑to‑day store operations and assuming full responsibility in their absence. You'll inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.

Our stores trade 7 days a week and operate fast‑paced. We require flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Physical demands may arise due to collections, deliveries and donations, but the role is rewarding as you play a part in helping fund life‑saving research.
