Barratt Developments plc is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support development delivery and supervise site teams from start to finish. You will coordinate trades, labour and materials to meet the programme, enforce quality and cost targets, and maintain strong liaison with the Sales Team.

The role requires leadership, a strong understanding of health and safety and NHBC requirements, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Experience of working within established build programs
• Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ Construction Management or time served tradesman
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations
• Good knowledge of customer service issues

Responsabilidades

• You will assist the Site Manager in managing development of the site through to completion
• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with Sales Team and ensure procedures are followed
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required and support on-site resource planning
• Ensure the on-site team communicates, trains and develops effectively and delivers high customer service
