Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to support the delivery of housing developments across multiple sites in the UK. You will report to the Site Manager and supervise trades, direct labour and materials to meet the on-site production programme.

Ideal candidates will have on-site management experience, be assertive to drive targets, and understand health and safety, NHBC, and Building Regulations. Hybrid working options may apply where roles allow.

Qualifications

• Experience with established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by on-site team and trades.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ level in Construction Management or time served tradesman.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Good customer service understanding on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and oversee show homes inspections.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is well-resourced with clear job responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
