Job summary

Barratt Developments PLC is seeking a Site Manager in the Northampton area to support the Site Manager in delivering developments on time, within budget and to high quality standards. You will oversee trades, labour and materials, attend sales/build meetings and ensure health and safety compliance.

You will deputise when required, ensure the site team is well resourced, and deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering within established build programs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders or NVQ level in Construction Management.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings; inspect show homes and adhere to procedures.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced with clear guidelines and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
