Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to help drive development projects from start to finish. You’ll work under the Site Manager to keep programmes on track, ensure quality and cost targets, and manage the site team and subcontractors with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role requires knowledge of construction trades, health & safety standards, and NHBC requirements, with the ability to coordinate trades and resources efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programs.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of the CIOB and/or qualified to NVQ level in Construction Management or a time served tradesman.
• In depth knowledge of Health & Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Good knowledge of customer service issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure on-site team is fully resourced with clear guidelines and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers per company guidelines.
