Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager in Nottingham to lead development sites from start to finish, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are met. You will work under the Site Manager, coordinating trades, labour and materials while maintaining health and safety and customer service standards.

You will collaborate with Sales and build teams, attend regular progress meetings, deputise when needed, and help shape a high-performing on-site culture with clear responsibilities and

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of the CIOB and/or NVQ in Construction Management or a time served tradesman.
• In depth knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Good knowledge, understanding and experience of Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Work in conjunction with the Sales Team, attend regular Sales/Build meetings, ensure procedures and show home inspections.
• Accept responsibility for duties as the Site Manager may determine; deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Support the Site Manager in ensuring the on-site Construction team is fully resourced with clear guidelines and training.
• Be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
