Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a proactive Site Manager to assist the Site Manager in delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are met on UK developments.

You will coordinate trades, direct labour and materials, participate in Sales/Build meetings, and deputise as needed, while maintaining high customer service standards. The role supports a hybrid working culture across sites, offices and home where role permits.

Competenze

• Experience with established build programs.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of Chartered Institute of Builders or NVQ Construction Management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction trades and relevant regulations (H&S, NHBC, Building Regulations).
• Strong customer service awareness and delivery.

Mansioni

• Assist Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with Sales Team and inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is fully resourced with clear duties and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers.
