Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to support the development from on-site planning through completion, coordinating trades, labour and materials to meet programme targets.

You will work with the Sales Team, attend regular meetings, deputise for the Site Manager when needed, and ensure the site team is well-resourced with clear responsibilities and training, delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction projects within established build programs.
• Strong leadership to drive on-site teams and subcontractors to targets.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and ensure procedures are followed.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required and provide on-site guidance.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced with clear responsibilities, training and support.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
