Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead on developments, coordinating trades, managing the build programme and delivering quality and cost targets. You will report to the Site Manager and assist in managing site progression from start to finish, ensuring programme adherence and on-site safety.

You will deputise when needed, oversee site teams and subcontractors, and work with the Sales team to ensure smooth show home inspections while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in established build programmes.
• Assertive to ensure delivery by on-site team and trades/labour.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ Construction Management, or time-served tradesman with experience.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Good knowledge of Customer Service issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Work with Sales Team; attend regular Sales/Build meetings and inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure on-site construction team is resourced and guided with clear responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
