Overview

Assistant Site Manager - Nottingham

External Works - Social Housing

Up to £22 per hour Plus Package

Our client, a construction contractor, is currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their planned works division.

Projects that are being delivered will be external plan maintenance projects to street properties in the area. They are delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties around the Southwark area.

Responsibilities

• Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
• PAS 2030 / 2035 knowledge / experience
• Lead the site team to the best of your ability
• Manage delivery of works to specification
• Have several direct reports to manage including RLOs and office staff
• Pre & post inspections of works
• Health & safety & quality checks

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects
• Valid SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
• Asbestos Awareness
