Overview

Boston Spa Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational and highly motivated colleague for the role of Assistant Site Manager. This is a key position, essential to the smooth, efficient, and sustainable running of the academy. The successful candidate will assist in the provision of maintenance and security services on school premises, thereby ensuring a safe working environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic professional to make a meaningful impact within a thriving academy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision of maintenance and security services on school premises to ensure a safe and well-run environment.
• Carry out basic repairs, including minor plumbing, unlocking drains, and repairing furniture.
• Deliver results to tight timeframes where required.

Qualifications

• Full driving license (pre-1997) or Full driving license D1 (post-1997).
• Ability to carry out basic repairs and respond to maintenance needs as part of the site team.
• Ability to deliver results to tight timeframes.
