A specialist day school in Ascot is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support site operations and ensure a safe environment for students and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in premises management and strong organisational skills. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, leading maintenance activities, and managing safety protocols. Up to £31,000 to £35,000 depending on qualifications and experience
Full Time, 40 hours per week with the expectation of split shift on occasion

Heathermount School, owned by Cavendish, is a specialist day school set in 14 acres of beautiful grounds in Ascot, Berkshire. We provide a high-quality education for students aged 5-18 with a primary diagnosis of Autism. In October 2024, we were proud to receive an Outstanding Ofsted inspection.
We are now seeking a dedicated, skilled, and proactive Assistant Site Manager to join our team. This role will primarily support the Site Manager and cover their responsibilities during periods of absence, including sickness and annual leave. You will play a vital role in ensuring the school environment is safe, welcoming, and fit for purpose for both students and staff.
