A charitable organization in Tonbridge is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager across a flexible seven-day trading week. The ideal candidate will help manage shop operations, enhance customer service, and maintain appealing visual merchandising. A background in retail and a passion for community engagement are essential. This role offers opportunities for personal development and participation in wellbeing events.
We are looking for a talented Assistant Shop Manager to work alongside the Shop Manager in our Tonbridge shop working flexibly across the seven day trading week.
21 hours per week including Sunday plus 2 other days on a rota basis. 9:00 - 5:00 Mon - Sat 9-45 - 4:15 Sunday.
