Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking an Assistant Service Manager in Bromsgrove to oversee the day-to-day management of a new supported living service. You will deputise for the Service Manager and lead a team to deliver person-centred outcomes for the individuals supported.

The role requires experience with learning disabilities and autism, a track record of coaching teams in Positive Behavioural Support, and a commitment to safeguarding and relevant legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs.
• Experience leading and managing high performing teams.
• Willingness to work towards or hold a Level 5 Health and Social Care Diploma (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of safeguarding, Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of a new supported living service.
• Deputise for the Service Manager in their absence.
• Lead and develop staff teams to deliver person-centred outcomes.
